  1. Why should I buy from Florist On The Hill? You deserve the best!  I promise to make your satisfaction my number one concern. All products and services come with my personal guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with every product you get from me.
  2. Is there a warranty? Our flowers are hand selected fresh directly from the wholesale flower market. This insures that all flowers are as fresh and long lasting as possible and you will not get those supermaket flowers that begin wilting before you get home.   We guarantee your complete satisfaction with every bouquet and arrangement.  It's that simple.
  3. Will you create custom bouquets or arrangements for me? Of course.  Call me for a quote.  .
  4. Do you have a store or showroom where I can see the products? You are welcome to visit me in my office.  All live flowers are fresh when delivered so I may not have the exact flowers you will be ordering available for viewing.
  5. What's the difference between a bouquet and an arrangement?  A bouquet is a hand tied bunch of flowers that will be delivered, wrapped in paper.  A flower arrangement is a group of flowers arranged in a vase or container.
  6. How much do you charge for delivery? Delivery in Mosquito/Swansboro is FREE.  Delivery to other local areas is available for a small surcharge. We do not ship.
